Entrepreneur Switches to American Manufacturing, Finds Success

Matthew Burnett's blog post on Maker's Row compares manufacturing overseas to building his product in the United States, and how it can be a key component of a successful business.   Mr. Burnett's company is The Brooklyn Bakery Store, featuring leather goods made in the United States.  You can find a variety of products, from the more modern sleeves for an iPhone, iPad or Macbook to more standard items like wallets, and coin purses.
